The City of Glendale and Brand Library & Art Center are not affiliated with, sponsored by or otherwise associated with galleries and museums participating in Hyper SoCal.
About Hyper SoCal
Hyper SoCal is an initiative aimed at celebrating the artistic talent of the Southern California region. On view at institutions throughout the region, Hyper SoCal is staged at contemporary art venues that are mission-based and/or municipally run spaces. These institutions occupy a key element of the Southern California art landscape, often showcasing work that would otherwise be unsuitable for commercial spaces or more visible spaces such as large museums.

Originated at Brand Library & Art Center, which features a gallery space connected to a library focused on art and music collections, this initiative seeks to create awareness for SoCal artists and the art venues that support their practices. Hyper SoCal celebrates the artist community in Southern California, which continues to thrive and build on the vibrant histories and movements that were founded in the region.
