Glendale Central Library Audiovisual Resources

• Audiovisual resources include videos, DVDs, books on CD and cassette and language instruction recordings.

• Most materials are available for free.

• The rental collection is sponsored by the Friends of the Glendale Public Library. All proceeds are used to buy new audiovisual materials.

Videos & DVDs

• Free videos circulate for 21 days. Fines are .20/day with an $8 maximum. Holds may be placed on these videos, and they may be sent to Glendale branch libraries.

• Free DVDs circulate for 7 days. 12 DVDs can be checked out on a library card. Fines are .20/day with an $8 maximum. Holds may be placed on these DVDs, and they may be sent to Glendale branch libraries.

• Rental DVDs circulate for $1/day with a maximum of 40 days. 12 rental DVDs may be checked out on a library card. No holds may be placed on rental DVDs.

Audio Books

• Books on tape/CD circulate free for 3 weeks. Fines are .20/day with an $8 maximum. Holds may be placed on books on tape/CD.
